Core Services
Tracking:
North Avenue comes stocked with the gear and personnel you need to record industry competitive music mixes, radio media, stereo TV/Film media, web audio and just about any studio application you can dream of.
Mixing:
North Avenue offers mixing services for both in-house and outside studio sessions over a wide variety of audio media and music genres. We operate a Pro Tools HD Accel 3 system, integrated with the legendary sound of the highly versatile Solid State Logic AWS 900 console and a great selection of studio gear and plug-ins. We do accept a large variety of industry standard audio formats; however, we highly advise that you contact us prior to your session for a consultation on proper preparation and delivery. We also cater to independent producers and engineers upon request.
Editing:
North Avenue offers editing sessions in a wide variety of professional mediums, whether it be for music, television, radio and/or internet media. If sorting out, cleaning up and organizing massive audio sessions isn’t your thing, our engineers can take care of that for you efficiently so you can focus on other important aspects of production.
Mastering:
Mastering is the final step in audio production that ensures the final mixdown (stereo 2 Track) is technically and/or artistically fit for public release in its respective market. This may involve dynamic processing, equalization, editing, noise reduction, serial documentation, ordering tracks “organically” and/or high resolution printing to the intended final medium.
North Avenue has all the tools needed to master your final mix and bring it to competitive or appropriate levels, and is just another service we offer for our clients.

Audio Package Care Instructions
Studio Policies:
In order to maintain our commitment to excellence and better serve our clients, North Avenue maintains a list of general guidelines to ensure a quality experience. Policies are subject to change at the discretion of North Avenue Studios. Some of the policies are as follows:
Booking Policy
Once we’ve established a quote for your project, we ask that you provide at least 50 percent of the total projected cost in advance to book the session date. This is a NON REFUNDABLE fee. If you need to reschedule your session date after submitting the booking fee, you may do so at no charge provided you do not exceed two requests to reschedule. We reserve the right to restart the booking process (incurring a new deposit) after a second request. In other words, make sure you can keep your dates!
Release of Masters Policy
North Avenue Studios does not release master copies to the client until all production fees have been paid in full.
We take checks, cash and most credit cards.
Studio Etiquette
We ask that you show up about 15 minutes prior to your session to hammer out the logistics, setup and any unforeseen events. If you know you will be late for the session, please call us in advance. We are flexible and we will work it out with you! Failure to communicate results in lost time for yourself and for the studio. We are professional and we show up on time, so we expect the same.
We are a non-smoking facility. However, we do have an outdoor BBQ patio in which you may use at your convenience. Drinks and food are allowed in the building except in the control room and/or areas of potential liability to expensive equipment. Wireless internet is free provided you have a device designed to receive the signal. We do have an inviting kitchen with a refrigerator and a microwave; all for your convenience.
